Shipping & Returns

All orders placed before 11:00 will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 11:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Orders within Europe will be shipped with DPD and delivery takes 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping notification to the order registered email address, from DHL Express and Narcyss once your order has been shipped.

Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. Narcyss will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Taxes and Duties: All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. All countries outside the European Union are shipped on EXW (Exworks) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price.

Important Information: Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 30). Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened and unused. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer.

Please note that in these exceptional times it may take us longer than usual to handle your return. Thank you for your patience.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Register your return at info@narcyss.com. include your order number and reason for the return.Upon confirmation from us you can return the products.
  2. Place the items in the original boxes. If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
  3. Package your returns item well enough to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Clearly mark the parcel ‘Returned Goods’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges. Please note that Narcyss is not responsible for returns that gets lost in the mail.

If you live outside of the EU, please contact us to receive a pro-forma for your return.

Please retain a copy of your return receipt from PostNord/DHL in case anything should happen during the return process. For more information about PostNord/DHL services and access points, please visit postnord.com or DHL.com

We process returns within 5 working days of receiving them unless we need more information from you. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
