We love creative people going their own way, and Fredrik of Galerie North is no exception. We've let him answer the Narcyss Questionnaire, telling us about his thoughts on wellness, what makes him tick and John Mayer.

What is your current state of mind? Busy but enjoying life. Renovating my own and new apartment. What do you like most about the way you look? That I'm quite tall. What do you dislike most about the way you look? Hmm I'm not going to say anything but I don't really have anything to this date that I dislike. I think it was more when I was younger and now I just have learnt to live with all "those things". I cannot really change it anyway.. How do you feel about ageing? I have no problem about ageing, it has its charm and beauty but it is also very mental. If you take care of your body it is easier to stay younger in your mental game towards yourself. Once you are starting to have some pains here and there I guess you'll will feel older mentally as well. What is wellness to you? Taking care of your body both physically and mentally, all movements / exercises are better than nothing and I am also a strong believer in having a hobby you feel passionate about. It will bring you a lot of joy and happiness plus it hopefully lets you meet new people etc. But wellness is also about moderation, if you train towards being a Olympic Nr 1. one day it may not be wellness anymore.

What is your favorite thing to cook? A classic Swedish "grill" during the summer outside with fresh potatoes, or a nice Bolognese. An ice cold beer or nice wine meanwhile, then I am really enjoying it. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Challenges - that turns me on. What turns you off? Mean people. What scent makes you feel joy? Fresh bread or cinnamon rolls haha.. Or the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? A nice summer evening with a cold beer. What is your biggest fear? Being alone. What is the trait that you like most about yourself? Genuine, loyal, honest and helpful I'd say. Which living person do you admire most? Hmm cannot really say a name but people in general that do what they believe in and make their own paths and you see how happy and free their faces are because of that. That is living life if you ask me, to not have a lot of musts all the time. On what occasion do you lie? When I'm running late to things I always text the person and say I'm a little closer than I really am. What is the quality you like most in a person? Being nice, interested and helpful towards others. What or who is the greatest love of your life? My family - I realize that more and more the older I get. When and where were you happiest? A nice summer evening with my great friends, family or alone at the golf course.

What is your favorite talent? Maybe my dedication and focus and when they put me in a mental "free zone" where I am so focused on what I am doing that nothing else is there. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, if any? Not getting into things that deep all the time hehe.. Would sometimes make my life a little easier but on the other hand it's one of those things I am most proud of with myself. My dedication and will to succeed. What is the greatest achievement for you? Quitting my previous job, that was very fun and I loved for almost 8 years and starting my own business three years ago. Where would you most like to live? I really like Stockholm but would love to have a nice summer house somewhere. If my job takes me somewhere else than Sweden, NYC, LA or Paris would be on my list I think. Most likely Paris because of my love for its mid-century designs. What is your most distinctive quality? Professional golfer, that My focus and discipline I think. It has to do with my former sports background, I cannot think about anything else.was my childhood dream and I stopped competing at 24 but curious to know how far I could of come if I had continued What do you value most about your friends? She makes me smile, get motivated and forget about "the bad days". What is your biggest regret? That I didn't start my current business earlier in life but on the other hand I think when I started it was the perfect timing. What’s your motto? Det blir vad du gör det till" in Swedish.
