Free Shipping on all orders over 100 USD.
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our usual delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that standard delivery times may vary due to external factors and that if your city is located in a remote area, it may take additional days to receive your order.
Narcvyss currently offers shipping to the UK, US and most locations in Europe. If your country is not listed in the country list, we currently do not offer shipping there.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot make any changes such as changing delivery address, payment method or substituting products. If you wish to cancel your order you will have to first send it back to us using the Returns portal.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation that contains a tracking number and link that allows you to track your order via the carrier’s website.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
